When we acquire a derelict property, we put our entire focus on transforming it into the most beautiful property on the block. We don't cut corners. That property shows how serious we are about making a change. When the rehab is done, everyone wants to come in and look at it. It gets rave reviews. Aesthetically, it looks marvelous. All the defects reported in the home, pest, and roof inspections are cleared.
